Christy dreamed of opening a classic barbershop in LaGrange ever since working here back in the early 90's. After working in Newnan for 9 years she decided to take the plunge.
"I knew if I didn't go ahead & do it, I might never get the chance. It was difficult to decide which area of town would work best. Downtown was my first choice, but at that time there were parking issues & even with the new parking deck, that isn't so easy for the elderly or disabled men. The south side is a great area. A lot of super nice people live on this side of town, it's convenient to the Industrial Park, the hospital & several doctors offices, as well as several schools.  Everyone seemed so glad to see us move in. So few well trained barbers exist to serve this town, and I wanted the men & young guys in this town to have an alternative. Choice is always good!"

With 19 years experience, Christy has done over 38,000 haircuts to date. Her experience will convince you and her personality will win you over.
 

Barbering is the family business in the Simpson household. Veronica's husband David owns the Northside Barber Shop here in LaGrange. The two of them have 3 very sweet & beautiful daughters.

Veronica is a native of the area, a Troup High graduate, and 2002 graduate of West Georgia Tech. Veronica quickly built a loyal following as soon as she started cutting hair. She is one of the best barbers in this area. When she came to work at LaGrange Barber Shop in October of 2005 her popularity continued. Veronica takes great pride in her work.                                                                                                                                                                                       

Nila Bouma

Nila lives in the Rosemont area with her husband Rick & their 5 kids. (Cliff 15, Noah 10, Mason 9, Emily 7, & Wendi 5. Nila is a graduate of Troup High & West Ga. Tech., and has been cutting hair since 1989, right out of high school. She is well known in LaGrange, and one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Nila has been with us since March of 2007. We are extremely grateful to have found her. She does a great haircut!

Pat Whatley

Pat grew up in Lagrange. She is the daughter of the late Mutt & Mildred Gladney of the Old Lee's Crossing Saw Mill. Lots of our customers remember the two of them fondly. She is married to Bubba Whatley of Mountville Mills (formerly Kleen Tex.) She has a son, Mark Ware who is an avid fisherman. Anyone who likes to fish on West Point lake probably knows him because he's out there every weekend. Mark has a daughter (Natalie,) a step daughter (Hannah,) and one son (Clayton.) Pat is the absolute sweetest lady in the world & never has a bad word to say about anyone. I'm so glad she chose to come to work at LaGrange Barber Shop in April of 2007.
